This page explains how ShadlockShop handles data in two contexts: data accessed through the Pinterest API by our internal publishing tool, and customer order information from purchases made through our Etsy shop.
Pinterest App Privacy
ShadlockShop operates an internal automation tool (the "App") that uses the Pinterest API to publish Product Pins for new product listings in our Etsy shop. This policy explains how the App handles data accessed via the Pinterest API.
What This App Does
The App is an internal business tool used solely by the business owner. It authenticates with Pinterest via OAuth and creates Product Pins that link to Etsy product listings. There are no end users beyond the business owner.
Pinterest Data We Access
Through the Pinterest API, the App accesses:
- Pinterest user account information (for OAuth verification only)
- Boards (to read existing boards and create new ones as needed)
- Pins (to create and publish Product Pins)
Data Storage
We do not store data accessed through the Pinterest API. The App calls the API in real time as needed and does not maintain a database of Pinterest content. OAuth tokens are stored securely on the server and used only to authenticate API requests on behalf of the business owner.
Data Sharing
Pinterest API data is not sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party. No Pinterest content or user data is used for advertising, independent analytics, or any purpose beyond publishing pins to the business owner's Pinterest account.

Etsy Customer & Order Data
Thanks for shopping at ShadlockShop. Here is a plain explanation of how your information is handled when you place an order.
What information we receive
When you purchase from us through Etsy, we receive the information you share with Etsy to complete your order: your name, shipping address, and order details. If you contact us through Etsy Messages, we also see your message and username. We do not receive your payment information. Etsy handles all payments directly.
Why we use it
We use your name and shipping address solely to fulfill your order. That is the only reason we have it.
Who else sees your information
Your name and shipping address are passed to Printify, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Printify routes orders to print providers (such as Monster Digital) who manufacture and ship the product to you. No other third parties receive your information. We do not run email marketing, retargeting ads, or any independent analytics tools.
Designs and AI
The designs in our shop are generated using AI image tools. This is disclosed in our listings per Etsy policy. AI-generated designs do not involve any buyer data.
Data storage and retention

Your rights
If you have questions about your order data or want to request its deletion, contact us through Etsy Messages. For data held by Etsy directly, use Etsy's privacy request tools in your account settings.
